There were candles lit outside the Tower of London
by Tower Bridge
and a projection of poppies cascaded over the wall.
Across the river at the Bridge Theatre
the Cowboy Junkies came across the ocean
and took us
out of this world for a couple of hours
Hauntingly heavenly evening...
