This was produced by Richard O'Dell to wind up theatre owners due to some longstanding tradition that if merchandise was to be sold the house had the right to sell the programme. 

The band all contributed AND there were pages for tour mates DON CHERRY and CREATION REBEL. 

Most theatres balked and Michael Williams ended up doing the vending
